What benefits are available?

These proposed Class Action Settlements provide substantial benefits to owners and lessees of covered vehicles through a highly comprehensive Dealership Assistance and Assessment Program (“DAAP”), an Infotainment System Online Resource, and other benefits, including an additional 24 months or 24,000 miles added to your vehicle’s New Vehicle Limited Warranty for certain Infotainment System components. Additionally, Settlement Class Members may qualify to receive, depending on the trim of their vehicle, either 2 years of free AcuraLink or HondaLink Security Service or 1 free year of Sirius XM Select Service (for Honda Odyssey EX and EX-L trims only). The proposed Settlements also provide for monetary compensation for certain out-of-pocket expenses, such as battery recharging or rental car, taxi, or ride-sharing services related to repeated Infotainment System problems (click on links below for more details). American Honda Motor Co., Inc. will continue to work in good faith to improve, as needed, the performance of the Infotainment Systems in Class Vehicles, including providing software updates free-of-charge through the extended warranty period.

Honda Infotainment System Settlement: This Settlement covers certain 2018–2019 Honda Odysseys, 2019 Honda Pilots, and 2019 Honda Passports.
Acura Infotainment System Settlement: This Settlement covers 2019-2020 Acura RDX vehicles.
